This Privacy Policy describes how annezoelle.com (the “Site” or “we”) collects and uses your Personal Information when you contact or make a purchase from the Site.

We collect information necessary to process your purchases (cart items, purchases, shipping). If you contact us for customer support, or for any reason through the contact form, we will use your name and email address to respond to your note. We can not see or store credit card information (that information transfers solely between buyer and card processing company).

  • Order information
    • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you after you purchase them. This includes providing you with order confirmations, communicating with you on shipping, and shipping products to you.
    • Personal information collected: name, shipping address, and email address are collected for order fulfillment purposes. Credit card information is NOT seen by this shop -- it is solely between you and the card processor (Visa, GPay, PayPal, ApplePay, etc.) and does not get logged or seen by this site or anyone manning it. Receipts contain the last four digits of a card in the same way they do on restaurant and in-store receipts and this information comes from the card company.
  • Customer support information
    • Purpose of collection: to answer customer support questions that are sent to the site.


We do not share or sell customer information. Ever. We are happy to delete order information from our system upon request. We have no desire to track customers in any capacity.


Using Personal Information

We only use your personal information to fulfill product ordering or send email updates (newsletters are double opt in only).

Targeted Advertising

We choose not to do it. Aggregated data analytics are welcome; targeted, not so much.
